Site Needs
- A flat(ish), clear setup area is required, with the minimum space listed on each product page.
- The surface must be suitable and free from hazards such as rocks, sticks, holes, low branches or overhead obstacles.
- Safe access is needed for our team to bring equipment through gates, paths or side access. 1m minimum.
- A standard household power outlet must be within 20 meters of the setup location.
If power is not available, a generator will be required. - You may use your own if it meets the correct kVA rating or we can hire one to you.
- If you’re unsure about space, access or power, we’re happy to help you check before booking.
Delivery Details
- We deliver across the Sunshine Coast, Noosa and Gympie regions.
- All deliveries include professional setup and secure anchoring of your inflatable.

- We provide a delivery window and keep communication clear so you know when to expect us.
- Home‑only delivery ensures safe installation in suitable residential environments.
- If you have special access instructions or timing needs, just let us know.
Safety
- All inflatables are anchored using industry‑standard safety methods.
- Equipment is regularly maintained and operated in line with Australian safety guidelines.
- A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times.
- Supervisors should manage crowd numbers and ensure safe, age‑appropriate play.
- Children of different ages should be separated where possible to reduce collisions.
- The inflatable must not be used in high winds, storms or unsafe weather conditions.
- We provide clear safety instructions during setup so you feel confident managing the inflatable.
- Our team is always available to answer any safety questions.

$50 per hr
